All Decromancer store purchases are sent via Canada Post. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you want a tracking number, you must select one of the following shipping options:
Any option within Canada
Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority USA
Tracked Packet, Xpresspost or Priority All Other Countries
Any other shipping option is untracked. You can read more about the available shipping options at Canada Post.
Our default "International Shipping" choice (for non-US, non-Canada) is a flat $50 CAD fee. If your select this option, we will attempt to ship to you for any option that is less than or equal to $50 CAD. We will also attempt to select an option that includes duties, pre-paid (DDP). If the total exceeds $50 CAD, we will charge you for the additional cost before shipping your package. For a cheaper option, select Canada Post, if available.
Products in stock are generally shipped within 1 business day of ordering. If there will be a delay, our support team will reach out to you and notify you with an estimated ship date within at most 5 business days.
The Decromancer makes no guarantees regarding delivery times and cannot provide insurance for non-tracked packages. Patrons who select a non-tracked shipping option do so at their own risk.
