DECromancer only ships via services that provide tracking numbers. Check your email after placing an order; a tracking number is typically provided in 24-48 hours. Sorry, we do not offer Toronto-local pickup.

We ship to most countries via Canada Post and the international EMS system. Within Canada, Purolator is also an option. Select EU countries currently ship via a flat-rate $60 CAD option due to a service disruption with Canada Post (typically: DHL). FedEx shipping is available on request to support@decromancer.ca for an extra fee. We will not ship anywhere via UPS.

All international duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Products in stock are generally shipped within 1 business day of ordering. If there will be a delay, our support team will reach out to you and notify you with an estimated ship date within at most 5 business days.

We makes no guarantees regarding delivery times, and cannot provide insurance for non-tracked packages. Patrons who somehow select a non-tracked shipping option, against our stated policies, do so at their own risk.
