All DECromancer store purchases are sent via Canada Post. All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
DECromancer only ships via services that provide tracking numbers. Check your email after placing an order; a tracking number is typically provided in 24-48 hours.
Most countries will receive packages via Canada Post and the international EMS system. Within Canada, Purolator is also an option. Select EU countries currently ship via a flat-rate $60 CAD option due to a service disruption with Canada Post. FedEx shipping is available on request to support@decromancer.ca for an extra fee. We will not ship anywhere via UPS.
Products in stock are generally shipped within 1 business day of ordering. If there will be a delay, our support team will reach out to you and notify you with an estimated ship date within at most 5 business days.
We makes no guarantees regarding delivery times, and cannot provide insurance for non-tracked packages. Patrons who select a non-tracked shipping option do so at their own risk.
